廖慧慈女士，畢業於香港大學數學系，以一級榮譽獲得學士學位及碩士學位。她在元朗商會小學任教達三十七年，直至退休。廖女士擅長教授數學科和音樂科，多年來她教導了無數對數學成績欠佳甚至害怕數學科的學生，使他們獲得了優良成績並對數學產生了興趣。她還曾帶領兒童合唱團，連續多年贏得校際音樂節比賽冠軍。

廖女士一直熱心參與社會公益事業，她創立了元朗區家長教師會聯會（慈善團體）並擔任創會會長，並擔任聖公會白約翰會督中學家長教師會主席六年。她還獲教育局委任為家庭與學校合作事宜委員會家校支援工作小組及家校活動工作小組委員，並獲元朗區社會福利署委任為福務策劃及協調委員會及家庭及兒童福務協調委員會委員。此外，她曾擔任元朗區區議會地區防火委員會委員，全港敬師運動委員會委員，香港家長協進會委員，元朗區文藝協進會委員，以及策略發展委員會支援家庭協助有需要成員專題小組委員。

Ms. Elizabeth Liu , a graduate of the Mathematics Department at the University of Hong Kong, obtained a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree with first-class honors. She taught at Yuen Long Merchants Association Primary School for thirty-seven years until her retirement. Ms. Elizabeth Liu excels in teaching mathematics and music, and over the years, she has transformed numerous students who struggled with poor math grades or even feared the subject, helping them achieve excellent results and develop a love for mathematics. She has also led a children's choir that has won the championship at the Inter-School Music Festival for multiple consecutive years.

She was also the chairperson of the Parent-Teacher Association at SKH Bishop Baker Secondary School for six years. She was appointed by the Education Bureau as a member of the Family-School Cooperation Committee's Home-School Support Working Group and Home-School Activities Working Group. Additionally, she was appointed by the Yuen Long District Social Welfare Department as a member of the Welfare Planning and Coordination Committee and the Family and Child Welfare Coordination Committee. She has also served as a member of the Yuen Long District Council's District Fire Safety Committee, the Hong Kong Teachers' Appreciation Movement Committee, the Hong Kong Parent-Teacher Association, the Yuen Long District Literary and Artistic Promotion Association, and the Special Task Force on Family Support under the Strategic Development Committee.
